These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Waugh Construction LLC's services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Scope of Services

Waugh Construction LLC provides the following services:

• Accent Walls, Bathroom Remodels, Custom Builds, General Carpentry

Estimates and Payments

• All estimates provided by Waugh Construction LLC are valid for 15 days.

• Payment terms: 50% deposit required, with balance due upon project completion.

• Accepted payment methods: Venmo, Cash, Credit Card

Client Responsibilities

 Clients agree to:

• Provide access to the property as needed.

•Ensure accurate and complete information is provided regarding project requirements.

Modifications and Change Orders

• Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in writing and signed by both parties.

• Additional charges may apply for changes beyond the original scope.

Warranties and Liability

• Waugh Construction LLC warrants its work for a period of ONE YEAR from the completion date.

• Liability is limited to the cost of the contracted services. Waugh Construction LLC is not liable for consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration, mediation, or local court jurisdiction, if needed.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement upon 15 days written notice.

• If the client terminates the agreement, the 50% initial deposit is forfeited. Additionally, any work completed by Waugh Construction LLC exceeding the value of the 50% deposit must be paid in full upon termination.

• The client is responsible for payment for all completed work up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
